Trek Domane+ ALR 5: an aluminum electric road bike made for long days on the road
TQ-HPR60 motor: 60 Nm of nearly invisible assistance
The TQ-HPR60 delivers 60 Nm of torque, 250 watts of continuous power and 350 watts of peak power from a compact, remarkably quiet unit. It amplifies your own pedal stroke instead of pulling the bike along, so the ride still feels like road cycling. The 360 Wh TQ battery is built into the frame and tops up with the TQ 2A charger, while the TQ color LED display adds Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity without cluttering the handlebar.
Alpha 300 Series aluminum frame and carbon fork: road-bike precision
The Alpha 300 Series aluminum frame pairs low weight with durability, with internal cable routing, an integrated chainkeeper and a UDH rear end. The carbon Domane+ fork with its tapered steerer takes the sting out of rough pavement and carries flat-mount disc brakes. In size ML, the bike weighs 14,39 kg with TLR sealant, which is light for a pedal-assist road machine. Hidden fender mounts plus rack and bag mounts also make it a solid base for light touring.
SRAM Apex XPLR 1x12 drivetrain: clean, simple shifting
One chainring up front and a SRAM XPLR PG-1231 11-44 cassette out back give you a gear for rolling terrain and for steep pitches alike. SRAM Apex levers operate the Apex XPLR derailleur and the Apex D1 hydraulic disc brakes, with 160 mm Paceline rotors front and rear. It is an uncluttered setup that stays easy to live with season after season.

This Domane+ suits riders who want to hold the group's pace, string together climbs north of the city or turn a daily commute into a real ride. Bontrager Kwaremont Pro TLR 700x32 mm tires handle Quebec pavement well, and the frame clears tires up to 40 mm without fenders. Six sizes are available: 47, 50, 52-54, 56, 58 and 60-62 cm.
