Shipping & returns
At E2-Sport our main goal is to satisfy our customers. It is for that reason that we allow exchanges and refunds for the 14 days following the purchase upon presentation of the original invoice. For all exchanges and refunds, the original packaging needs to be in perfect condition. The refund will be transmitted according to the initial payment method used to make the purchase.If you do not have the debit or credit card that was used during the purchase, you will be able to proceed with an exchange or apply a credit (gift card).
Certain items are only admissible for an exchange (see below). If it is clothing or shoes, it is important that the articles have not been worn and that the tags have not been removed.

If a product has a defect, we will proceed to exchange or refund it. We reserve the right to judge whether the item will be eligible for an exchange or a refund depending on the circumstances.
We aim to satisfy our customers. It is for this reason that we ask our customers to verify their order upon delivery. If your item has been damaged during transportation contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and we will review the damage for a refund or replacement. Beyond 48 hours of receiving the order you are no longer eligible for a claim.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, communicate with us as soon as possible. You will have 14 days starting on the day you have received the product to return the article as received in its original packaging. The articles that do not have defects or that have not been used can be directly brought back and exchanged for free at our store. Store location: 1950 rue Notre-Dame West in Montreal, during our opening hours.
Please note that transportation fees for shipping back to the store for a product that has no defect will be billed. These fees consist of 10% of the value of the article returned and will be deducted on the refund when we examine the product once it has been returned. In case of reimbursement the fees of the original shipping will not be refunded.
