Trek Checkpoint+ SL 6 AXS: an electric gravel bike in carbon for long days out
TQ-HPR60 motor: 60 Nm of near-silent assist
The TQ-HPR60 motor puts out 60 Nm of torque and 250 watts of continuous power, with peaks of 350 watts when the road tilts up. It is remarkably quiet, so the bike still feels like a proper gravel machine, just with a tailwind behind you. The TQ LED display, with Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, shows what matters without cluttering the cockpit.
OCLV Carbon Series 500 frame with IsoSpeed: comfort hour after hour
The OCLV Series 500 carbon frame carries Trek's IsoSpeed decoupler, which takes the sting out of washboard surfaces and chattery farm roads. With the 360 Wh TQ battery tucked into the down tube, the complete bike weighs 13.76 kg in size ML, impressively trim for an assisted gravel bike. A full carbon fork, a Bontrager carbon seatpost and internal cable routing round out the smooth, clean package.
SRAM GX Eagle AXS drivetrain: crisp shifts over rough ground
A SRAM Rival AXS E1 shifter wirelessly drives the GX Eagle AXS T-Type derailleur, paired with a 12-speed Eagle XS-1275 cassette in a 10-52 spread. That wide range leaves room to spin up loose climbs fully loaded and still pick up speed on pavement. Alloy Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 wheels and 160 mm SRAM Paceline rotors handle durability and control.

Fitted with tubeless-ready Bontrager Girona Pro 700x42 mm tires, the Checkpoint+ clears tires up to 50 mm without fenders (42 mm with), which opens up doubletrack and backcountry dirt roads. Fender mounts and a triple rack mount on the fork also make it a strong bikepacking rig or year-round commuter. It comes in five sizes, from XS to L (49 cm, 52-54 cm, 56 cm and 58 cm), in Bronze/Black or Blue/Cobalt Blue, and sits alongside the rest of our electric gravel bikes on the showroom floor.
