Mondraker Zendit RR: a mixed-wheel enduro electric mountain bike built for fast descents
Avinox M2S motor and 800 Wh battery: lap after lap of climbing
The Avinox M2S motor draws on an 800 Wh battery housed inside the frame, managed through the Avinox DP100 display and the wireless BC100 controls mounted on each side of the bar. Support ramps up smoothly, from quiet eco riding to the steepest pitches where you want everything the motor has. The Sram Eagle T-Type drivetrain, with its 36-tooth chainring and 10-52 cassette, is specced to handle that extra torque.
Zendit Stealth Air carbon frame and Zero suspension: 165 mm of rear travel
The full-carbon chassis carries the updated Zero suspension system, with 165 mm of rear travel and a Monoblock upper link. The kinematics were reworked around the Avinox motor, giving more pedalling support and a rear wheel that stays busy over roots and square edges. A Fox Float X Factory Kashima shock, tuned specifically for this frame, adds a two-position compression lever for firmer fire-road climbs.
Fox 38 Factory fork and Sram Maven brakes: control when it gets steep
Up front, the Fox 38 Float GRIP X2 Factory Kashima delivers 170 mm of travel with high- and low-speed compression and rebound adjustment. Sram Maven Base brakes pair four-piston calipers with 200 mm rotors, so the power is still there at the bottom of a long run. DT Swiss Hybrid H 1900 Spline wheels hold a 29 x 2.5 Maxxis Assegai in front and a 27.5 x 2.5 Minion DHR II out back, a mullet setup that trades nothing in grip while staying quick to turn.
Who it's for: enduro, technical trails and big riding days
The Zendit RR suits riders who climb fast to descend often: bike parks, the technical trails of the Laurentians, long loops with several descents in one ride. Its 22.8 kg move easily through turns, helped by the ONOFF Pija dropper post and the 800 mm Onoff S9 carbon bar. It comes in five sizes, from 38 to 49 cm (S, M, ML, L and XL), and sits at the sharp end of our electric mountain bikes built for enduro.
